Click and Collect order never received- no refund or response

I placed a Click & Collect order with Ackermans on 26 January and paid via EFT. My order was never ready for collection, and despite sending multiple emails over a month, I received no response and no refund. This has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend their online Click & Collect service until they improve communication and fulfillment.
