The experience I received at Greenacres Ackermans is deplorable. I went to pick up my online order when I got to the till the lady said I should go to the back tills. There was no one stationed there and when i had stood there no one came into assist the only people that approach me are the ones selling accounts or insurance they pester you from when you get into the store until you leave. The service is non-existent and the manager was no where to be found I had to be assisted by a supervisor who didnt take my complaint seriously. The underwear packed in my online order is incorrect this is not what I ordered and when i take it back they will tell me they dont do exchanges on underwear for hygiene purposes. Do not shop or collect items from Ackermans at Greenacres Mall.
