Chipped shoes underneath

Ordered online and my package got delivered by DSV this morning and when I opened the package one of my daughters shoe is chipped underneath. It's one of those LED shoes that light up and the light is sticking out. Tried contacting Ackermans via email and I have not gotten response and this is not the service I expected from you guys. What's supposed to happen now with this shoe?
