Cellphone repairs

I am so disappointed with Ackerman's Rosebank Mall, I bought a phone last year Nov/Dec February it started giving me issues then I sent it back on the 15th of Feb I was told to wait a both it's been 2 months without my phone and everytime I go there the Manager is either on lunch or not there Ive been told one story after the other.i will not recommend it to anyone to go and buy anything there.i went again today I was told the manager is on lunch and no one is there to assist me. Pathetic
