CELLPHONE REPAIR

I bought a Mobicel cellphone for my daughter at Ackermans Connect in Vosloorus chris hani crossing the service was good, but the cellphone which later on had techinical issues of a speaker and network connection and it went for repairs twice without being repaired not understanding why because i bought it for my daughters studies and now she can't do her studies with a device that does not function in a way to help her i had to intervene because now its not a service i was expecting and they are telling me it needs to be booked 3 time of which i don't understand and I'm not happy with that service it's making me think twice about buying a cellphone from Ackermans
