Cellphone quirry

Bought phone at Ackermans had problem with it gave them back they said they will fix it will get it back after 21 days 3days after 21 days I called them they said my phone on the system it's been collected I ddnt collected while iddnt get it ,they went look at the back where they keep phones ddnt find it ,i told them I want my phone they said they will get back to me they said my phone will be replaced with a new phone will get it following week right I called that week they said I must came pick it up when I get there they gave me old phone with lot of screatches on the battery fine not far from there 3 minutes working distance the phone freezed I gave them back again they said they will call headoffice to ask for permission for new phone until today haven't received call from them or phone
