Cellphone misery

I took in my cellphone on the 18 September 2023 to store 1265 JHB CNR Eloff and Amp, Albertina Sisulu Street. I needed to have the LCD screen fixed/replaced. I was informed in store that I might have to pay the repair costs as it was a physical damage. I signed and agreed to pay the repair costs. About 3 weeks later I received a call from the store informing me that my phone is not back yet and I will be notified once the phone is ready. On the 10th of October after I received the phone call, I went to the store to check how far the process is. The lady in store called the repair store to check for me, she came back to me and told me that they said they were still busy with my phone and that it has not passed 21 days yet. Has the 21 days still not passed yet? I contacted the store again today and the phone is still not back. Can I have the phone back. Fixed or not. I do not trust that I will receive the phone in good working order since it has been in for too long now.
