Cell phone with warrant

<p>I bought a phone in ackarman dobsonville soweto (Sony Xperia1) and I was told that I had two years warrant. And at the back of a full slip is it also stated that the call phone are having two years warrant. </p> <p> </p> <p>The warrant of my phone is ending in November this year. My phone is no longer charging and I sent it to Ackermens in Dobonsiville for repairs. Days later I was called to come and pick up my phone because MTN has rejected it for repairs. That suprised me and I asked why is it rejected and the ladt that called said she does not know why. </p> <p> </p> <p>I didn't pick up the phone until to date because I fell that this store is playing with me and to I never bought a phone in MTN. If I had bought it in MTN I should have cunsulted the MTN stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I want my phone being repaired or I should be exchanged and if any of the above doesn't happen then I demand my full refund</p>
