Cell phone with warrant

<p>I bought a cell phone in ackermens which has two year warrant. The warrant is ending in November 2016... I sent a phone for repairs because the phone was no longer charging and you cannot switch it on. Days later after the phone was sent to Ackermens I received a call saying I should come and pick up the phone because MTN has rejected the phone. I asked why.... the lady that called said she have no idea why it is rejected. I did not collect the phone until to date (Sony xperia1)</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought the phone at ackermans not at mtn. I want my phone being repaired or exchanged or given my fully refund.</p>
