Cell phone repair

Hi All,<br> <br> I have bought my young brother a cell phone Samsung Galaxy Star from Arckermans Store in Kroonstad, This is a touch screen phone which had a problem with a speaker but the phone was still working, switching on and off, I told him to take this phone back to the store as it is still in Warranty, It took about 4 Months now having received the phone back.<br> <br> We know there was a strike at MTN that could probably impacted on all their repairs, We phone the store last week to find out if there's any follow up and how far is MTN with the repairs, I first spoke to Jacob at the store who advised MTN don't know where the phone is and we need to follow up with Stephen when he comes back from leave this week, first they didn't know where the phone is now they say its at MTN and they can't fix it as it's water damage and MTN wants R330 for service fee, No one told us this at the store, we took the phone there working only had an issue with a speaker, No one is phoning us and following up and we took the phone still inwarranty to the store, I need my phone back and won't pay for this, THIS IS A BAD SERVICE FROM ACKERMANS KROONSTAD.Now we are left without a phone and they dont care!!!<br> <br>
