December 2023, I bought a phone (Mobicel Neo Plus) at ackermans Jabulani Mall. The phone was working properly till March 2024. The phone is not switching on, the only thing it does is to flash on and off, on and off every time I but the battery. On the 16th March 2024 I took the phone back to ackermans for repairs. On the 4th April 2024 I received a call from ackermans to collect the phone. The phone was not repaired, I was told that it is not a technical fault, it a physical fault. How can I damage a phone not switch on.
