Cashiers
Kindly train you cashier on customer service.Ackermans Cosmo city cashiers are really disappointing. Always when I go to that shop I have to fight to get assistance.Whenever I go to that store only two tills will be operating even if it's month end.They don't care even if the queue is long and those cashiers at the tills will be having their own conversations instead of helping customers.Kindly do something about this before you loose customers.
