Cashier very rude

I don't mean to sound ******s or anything but here in SA it has become so evident that african people don't treat clients that are also african with respect they take us for granted yesterday 21 April 2015 at Ackermans the cashier by the name Noma signaled with her head that I should come instead of saying next customer please and when I got to her till she asked me in xhosa(uzothini sisi) meaning what are you here to do? Without greeting,I greeted her and she didn't respond the 1st rime I greeted 2nd time she greeted back then I told her this is not the way to treat a customer she just looked at me with attitude did not even say sorry and when she was done she didn't say thank you she just called next client while I was still packing infront of her. I will never go to Ackerman again and will tell all my friends and family I know word of mouth is powerful.
