Went to Ackermans west street and was served by cashier Andile, stood there for over 30 seconds she didnt even greet me and when i greeted her she greeted me with a very huge frown and asked her if should she not greet me as a customber. Where is customer service there, is it not policy that when a customer comes to your till you greet them or is this how stuff should treat customers. Because on the 27/05/2015 cash sale ***1 i was served by Nhlanhlo the time was 09:45:35 and she also didnt bother to greet me she just rang my items.. I am very dissappointed with how the stuff treat customers. I think they need to be trained because it s like a norm
