Case Resolved

I lodged a complaint today regarding the service received from Bayside Mall Table View . Ackermans call center called me and immediately after the store manager called me as our line cut before lodging a complaint on hello Peter. Her name is Verona she went through the receipt from Sunday so she can find my contact details and resolve the matter. The matter has been resolved and i am happy with the matter she used to settle the matter. She's the same person that gave me a chair to seat after seeing that I've been waiting for long for my laybye. I would like to thank her and we need people like her everyday when we go shopping.
