I sis a application online and then I received a sms saying I'm provisionally approved with a credit limit of R4350 I should send by email my payslip or go to a Store.I decided to go instore because I was headed to JHB Newton I got there I forgot the slip but then I asked a lady instore she politely checked and said to bring instore the slips I taught when she checked she would see my email I had sent the slip she said they could take long bring it and we will call them the next day I went to Kempton park Kempton square with them they did not help they said bring in bank statement now I'm totally confused and disappointed why can't Ackerman just work faster not send us from Peter to Paul and they all say different things Ackerman is not government owned it should be quick and one rule applies for all so pls check my email.
