Call centre agent and products
I tried closing my account with Ackerman’s and I was told I failed the security questions and I could not close my account. Then I do a purchase on my Ackermans account few months later for school shoes which broke a month after purchasing at shoe City I then phone into to Ackermans customer care to have the statements sent to me due to not having my slip to do the refund/exchange in the shop I then failed the 1 security question which led to me not also getting the statements - what do I do in this case where I paid R430 for school shoes that’s not even 2months old that is now broken

11 Mar 2025, 09:12It’s day 2 I have sent my id and bank statement I did a follow up call and still I cannot be assisted disgusted by this company . Not even the banks that is major is as petty as a no name shop such as Ackerman’s j will b closing my account after my query has been resolved . I’ve had this account for 17 years and I’m utterly disappointed
