*********** call center agents

I have an account at Ackermans that is blocked. I was requesting statements from them for the payment I made in April and one in May 2025 and every time I call them they send me a statement of April. When I call they tell me send my documents for them to unblock the account but other times they send the statement without the documents. The call center agents are so rude and very unfriendly. I called them more then 7 times from different places. I don't want my account to be unblock I just need a statement that shows I paid on the 31 May. I will never use this account again and I will not even encourage my family or friends to open one with them.
