Buying a itel A14 Pro

Hi I bought a phone itel model A14 Pro on the 31st of December 2023 then wa week later the phone over heat I thought it's the apps that I'm downloading but then really heating up so I took the phone back to Ackermans in canal walk so they took it back 3 weeks later gave me a new phone which I was happy so that my mom can be happy phone did the same thing I took it back Riedawaan great assist me told me that these phone are problematic phone so he'll see what he can do & WOW 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NO PHONE I WALK IN CANAL WALK I REGULARLY POP IN TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON BECAUSE I PAID CASH SO MY MOM COULD HAVE A PHONE SHE CAN USE SO PLEASE CAN ACKERMANS CANAL WALK COME TO THE PARTY
