I was part of a ******* that happened today this afternoon after 17:00 pm at your The Reef shopping Centre store I am still traumatized by the events that happened, running for my life and then security victimizing me again when I needed medication from my car while waiting for the Police. I understand that the staff was traumatized but they failed to take my details in order for Ackermans to follow up on a customer that was in their store when such an unfortunate scary situation happened
