I am beyond ****ed you employ a bunch of idiots at your customer service departments I contacted to find out what benefits I have on my account if future I must be without work he go block my account that not even in arrears without documentation of unemployment without my permission now the idiot agent want to tell me to run around to police stations and call in my boss to give me documents I’m still working are you blady serious right now the same way u blocked it I want it unblocked
