Bull ****

I ordered online, and entered my work address. I then went back to the site and my address changed without me noticing it. I immediately called Ackermans customer service to change the address. Guesswhat the address was never changed by the Agent. I then see the order was delivered but it was delivered to a Ackermans store. I called customer service theg advise that they dont see that the changes were made! I called the store they say that they busy I must call tomorrow. Not a damn! That's not customer service. I call and spoke to Maxine at Ackermans pier 14 and she finds the parcel. I am highly irrated because the address said Govan Mbheki but did not specify that it's in Pier 14!!!! I had to drive from Govan Mbheki to pier 14! The shipment details on the tracking didn't show a clear address as well. My daughter now has to wait for her gift until Monday. How sad!
