Brutal behaviour

I am so disgusted by the way people are atrociously treated at Ackerman's in Vosloorus, at Naledi mall to be precise, I'm not talking for the guy who shoplifted which I agree about his actions being wrong but having him embarassed like that by a floor manager instead? Is that how people who are in the wrong are being treated, like they are animals? Things could be done better as that act was not good for the eye to anyone who witnessed it. That was brutality to someone who never resisted anything. The lady by the name of Carol should go back to training she really needs to learn more about Management skills, I am really wondering how is she a floor manager with such behaviour and attitude.
