Broken needles

I'm very disappointed in Ackermans. On friday i bought vests for my newborn baby. Yesterday as I was dressing her up a broken needle popped from her sleeve. What if I didnt see that broken needle and it ended up somewhere on her face? Do you not have a broken needle policy like other stores? How do you allow your workers to not account for broken needles when working with baby clothes? This may very well be the last time I buy clothes for my baby from your stores for fear of her getting hurt from your broken needles.
