Breach of contract

<p>im very disapointed in the service that iv recived from Ackermans i opened an account with them and iv never skipped even one payment iv paid everything that was outstanding on my account and was even in a credit knowing very well that Ackermans is now owing me and left my account and my husband just recently passed on 15 days ago now im getting calls from akamens telling me that i have i have an outstanding amount but didnt understand what the outstanding amount was for then they tell me that i have a funeral cover with Ackermans but i dont rememebr taking one cause they forever calling me to try and convince me to take one but iv never accepted so please show me or send me a recoding of when i ever took a contract with u i an bet now that iv never taken one and i want my money back and please cancell my account with Ackermans i want nothing tio do with u cause you are nothing but ****** id ********** 319086 </p>
