#Boycott Ackermans

Good day. I had an appalling experience at Ackermans in Jabulani Mall. Worst service from employee named Ignacios. I bought a phone on the 25 of May, it gave me technical problems on the 27. I took it back for an exchange since it was faulty. Ignacios kept telling to go back home and bring documents. Made me wait for atleast 5 to 6 hours before he told me that a technician is fixing my phone. I would like a refund or a brand new phone because I took it back before 7 days. Secondly he was rude to me and told me not to come back the next day because my 7 days will be over. I’m dissatisfied with the service. It’s the second time I’m getting bad service from their employees
