Bought a phone that is not working

I bought a nokia C10 on the 26November 2021, sometimes it doesn't give an option to answer the phone when it rings,when it gives an option to answer it,it just freezes then still I can't answer it, sometimes it just freezes then I'm unable to use it,I went to Ackerman toy surprise the cashier before I tell him the problem of the phone he just said "you are unable to answer"so I asked him how did you know he said people are complaining,so i told him why did you guys sold me because before I bought it if it is worth while buying a nokia or Samsung they said they don't know,I'm writing this being disappointed because according to them I must take it back to the shop for it to be fixed whereas they don't give me another phone in the meantime,I'm using this phone for my business so if the take it for a month or two how am I going to run my business,they have to give me another working phone,it's Ackerman or Nokia's fault not mine,I gave them my money they must give me the phone that is working.
