Bogus promotion
I bought the boy's sweaters on promotion at Ackermans Festival Mall on 29th April. They were buy two at R89.99 each and get 1 free. I went to exchange two of the sweaters at Rosebank today and was told I need to top up to exchance because the price has gone up. Millicent and her fellow cashier thought I did not see them over ride to increase the price from R59.99 to R89.99. They both stood there and **** to me and cheated me. They told me I had to top up the money as the promotion had ended. I have never seen such bad treatment of customers. I ended up leaving the second jersey there. And right now I am about to return the pyjamas I bought for my son. I will not give my money to cheats. And I have to say how disappointed I am about all this. This shows me that there was never a promotion, Ackermans **** to the customers. And since I exchanging an items, they making us pay extra. What a shame!!

I got the sweater that I paid for so I guess thanks for that. Bongani was great, he spoke to me well and did the necessary follow up. Millicent needs training. Her customer service s**** is non existent. I shall not be returning to Rosebank Ackermans, thanks.
