Birthday Celebration Promotion is a ****!!
<p>I was browsing on the site on Tuesday and noticed that the store had a promotion on a Samung J1 Ace Neo for R1899 and immediately notified some of my friends about it. My friend went to the Centurion branch on Thursday and was notified that the promotion is actually for two days only - 29 to the 30 September. After work I rushed to the Fourways mall where I was notified that there is no such promotion - I showed the guy the promotion on my cellphone's internet site but he told me that it was after 17:00 and the head office is closed and cannot assist me . This morning my friend showed me the receipt for R1499 for the phone. I immediately called the head office ********** enquired with Precious who put me on hold till the call cut off.</p> <p>Should I buy a birthday cake to celebrate your birthday and at least get some service?</p>
