Worst customer service ever
I spoke to this agent 22332 to help me with my account since my balance is not going down and m still paying, then spoke to Anastacia she's the worst team leader ever because she got to a point we're she said she doesn't understand
Now I've been waiting to be contacted by Alanah the floor manager till today
