Thank you so much to the Ackermans team at large. I had laid a complaint this past Friday. I received a call from the store manager, Mapule from Eyethu Mall and also the Ops Manager, Adriaan. I appreciate both the calls as they both promptly attended to my complaint. I went to the Evaton Mall Store as arranged by Adriaan and met with the store manager Lauraine, excellent, smooth service is all I got. Ausi Lauraine was welcoming and more than willing to assist me when I got there. Kea leboha mama. A huge high 5 to everyone at Evaton Mall Ackermans.
