Best service experience

Imagine going to Addo and you look up and get the shock of your life, there is an Addo Mall, was not there last year. In the mall is there is a shop Ackerman's Addo, was so surprised with the clothing on sale, however what shocked me even more was the amazing staff that work there. Truly fantastic people representing your business in Addo. Loadshedding had put the card machines offline, the lady asked if we are able to wait 3 minutes while they get it up and sorted out which was done in less that the time quoted. Absolutely grateful that I was attended to by these ladies and a gent (maybe Vuyo?). Keep up this great work ladies and gents you are an asset to Ackerman's. Gary and Erica East London.
