Best service ever

Good day

I have yet to see a store that has such great service , i went to Ackermans in Somerset mall . from the door i was greeted and assisted .

I had bought clothes last year for winter and i lost my receipt , the cashier that assisted me was not very friendly in fact she was annoyed and didnt want to do the exchanged.Then Zimkhitha another cashier asked me what was the problem .

I explained my dilemma and what i wanted to buy instead as they no longer have the items. She explained to the other cashier what needs to be done regardless of the receipt . I came out with a brand new jacket that fits my daughter.

Instead of Zimkhitha minding her own business she assisted me and made sure i get what i needed , i really appreciate that. It is hard to stand in a line and be attended by a rude , impatient cashier .
