Best customer service

I was at carnival mall taking a layby out and wanted further assistance in returning some of the items I no longer needed and doing another layby, the assistance I received was warm and welcoming and the patients they had for me was admirable from two staff members Lizzy and her colleague who I cannot recall but great service guys keep the momentum up
