Bag Handler!

I was Ackermans Golden Walk Shopping centre today and after deciding not to purchase thing, a man at the door ( gold tooth, tattoos) wanted to check my bag. I inquired on what was the point of having sensing detectors to which he mumbled a response, fair enough. I then requested that he not touch nor search my bag and requested a female employee instead, he did not take a liking to this and instructed to go to a lady who was packing some items, my response was that he should call her because I am already at the exit point.

Please train your staff efficiently on matters of EQ and CQ, I had reason to request what I did and dis not deserve that level of disdain from this man.
