Bad, unfairly and threatening olderly citizens

unfairly treatment, unable to solve a problem that was cause by their staff and now I'm expected to pay money that was cause by their delay plus now they handed over my account without resolving the matter and the question is that's how they treat their olderly citizens by ****ming them???
