Bad treatment

On the 23/09/2022, I went to Ilovo Ackermans store for shopping. Unfortuntely I did not show the security guard the items (pair of shoes) that I carrying. On my way out I was asked to produce a POP of which I didn't have at that time. To my surprise the store manager accused me of *****ing. So I asked her to use the camera footage to prove that I came in with these items and she refused. Thereafter an altercation started, which lasted for about two hours. Even security guys refute her allegations. I was so embarrassed on what she did to me in front of customers, as a result I was late at work for about two and half hours. Her name Montshebi Mkhandawili.
