Bad store experience

A visit to the ackermans branch in Kagiso mall in krugersdorp proved to be an excersise that is abusive.

The security lady on duty at around 2pm today not only showed disrespect but continued to have altercations in from of the staff and employees and was not reprimanded. By the store employees.

I was making my way to ste outside to get signal on my cell as I needed to transact on my phone. I was briefly stopped. Y the security guard to search my bag, stunned by this I cooperated. What really upset me was the guard inserting her hand and fiddling in my bag with so much a consideration of the contents.

Dismayed and stunned I stepped out for the signal upon my return into the store I noted to her that to politely request to insert her hands in my bag as that was unsettling for me. Not to mention that other customers merely had their receipts stamped and no search administered.

She made all sorts of degrading and disrespectful remarks. I approach her to note to her my discomfort on her action.

The till employees kept quiet and allowed the situation to escalate.

I mentioned to the guard that the sister stores at other malls did not practise this search.
