Bad shopping experience and bad attitude

I had a bad shopping experience at ackermans attlyn mall today on the 14/12/2024 at 17:30....I wanted to take out my laybye as my child is going for a trip tomorrow morning but only to find the store closed and I try speaking with the guard he give me an attitude.I was so surprised cause the extended trading hours shows that the store closes at 18:00.Theres were about 5 customers that wanted to enter the store but due to the situation it didn't happen ..I'm so so disappointed 😥
