BAD SHOPPING CONDITIONS

I went to the Ackermans JHB Cnr Eloff & Albertina Sisulu yesterday the working conditions the are terrible, the air conditioner is dead. I went downstairs and I couldn't stay long and finish my shopping because it was so hot and stuffy. The consultants were trying their best to assist me but in that condition you can tell from their faces that they were exhausted and the other lady @the teller looked sick and sweaty. PLEASE fix this not only for us the customers but for your employees as well that place is not good to work in or do shopping.

Another challenge is when trying to call the one in Joubert and the one in Kerk the line is always engaged,like I don't understand how.
