Bad Shoes

I find the staff at Ackermans Hillside Mall on the Bluff so unhelpful.The manager can't even greet you to begin with and on top of that if you ask them how they are they look at you like your stupid. I bought shoes from them in December, I was lucky enough to wear it twice but unfortunately the whole sole on the inside is completely broken, I went to someone to see if they can fix it but unfortunately it's unrepairable so I decided to talk to the manager at Ackermans, look I get you need a slip but unfortunately I don't have the slip so they refused to help me, the thing is,they are the only store on the Bluff that sell that kind of shoe, taking the fact that I don't have my slip in consideration because it was bought with a virtual voucher and I did tell them I can give e the card number that bought the voucher she still refused to help so I said just a suggestion, you might want to take the shoes off the rack as you can't sell something for an arm and a leg and this is what happens after wearing it twice, the way she looked ar me and then clicked her tongue, I mean really, is that the way to treat a customer, I buy from them at least every second month,and I don't buy small amounts either but the way they handled this situation just lost them a customer...
