Bad services at Ackermans

I bought a phone 2 months back it then gave me screen problems and It didn't even fall but clearly had factory faults when I took it to Ackermans they said they'll repair it I have to wait for 3 weeks I then waited after 3 weeks when I went there and they didn't even call me to come on the number I gave them but when I got there they took out the phone and to my surprise they didn't even fix it am so disappointed at Ackermans how can they sell me a phone with a factory fault, please help me because I saved for menths to get that phone and I don't have a back up phone.
