Bad services

I went to the shop at cresta last month to open an account they took all my details and it to them forever to activate my account I had to go to the shop a week later as they did not send me the activation sms then finally it was activated then I had to go open a secondary card for my wife so she can make purchases we filled in the form on a Sunday and sms was not send I went to the shop at Protea Glen and was told that my request was not processed they took me to give them 24hrs still after 24hrs sms was not send I then had to go to cresta mall to request for the sms I had my ID on me the lady at the door didn’t get her name she seemed like she was not interested in helping me she at the end took phone and called the call centre I spoke to Vuyelwa she did security check asked me just two questions with an attitude and told me I failed the questions she didn’t even both trying to ask me for other details she just blocked my account I then requested to close my account I made a payment of the amount due and then was told that I can close my account I must submit bank statements before they can close it as Vuyelwa blocked the account I’m not happy with the services an attitude from the staff and call centre as I was bringing business to them but at the end was treated like garbage I need my account closed as the processes are just tedious and not good for bringing in new business it was very poor
