Bad service that could have been avoided to save every one time

I am still hurt by the way Silver treated me on 31st December at Plrotea Glen mall Ackermans, last day of 2024 I lost my account card my head is everywhere and I still need few clothes for kids then I ask her how can I replace my lost card,she rep**** aai just go there by corner with a phone that girl help you then she leaves me there I don't even get a chance to ask her further which documents will they need to replace a card, fine went to girl I was referred to I asked her if they'll will need my ID card because I only have my licence card she rep**** nope then I was relieved and waited for an hour for my turn to call customer service to get reference number for card replacement then excited as I was that at least I'll be able to take those few last minute clothes I didn't mind to start queing again. After a while waiting I read a massage that I got with a reference number I see it says I must bring my ID for replacement went back to Silver as a supervisor or manager to check if I could use drivers licence she rep**** with terrible attitude No only ID , driver's licence doesn't have a barcode which is true and I know but all I'm saying is if only she had listened to me the first time I approached her all of this could have been avoided, could have rushed home for my ID. I was disappointed because I know if you can't scan the barcode for ID number you can punch it every system has that alternative she did not want to assist me at all from the moment I entered the Store. I wish she could have just listened she could have explained the whole process as she's the senior at the store than to refer me to a girl whom I think doesn't even work under Ackermans and she tried by all means to assist me unfortunately she didn't know anything about Ackermans system, I don't want to experience such bad service like this anymore so I will no longer replace that card you can cancel it. I will only pay remaining balance via online alternatives can't visit such Stores
