Bad service overall

I am struggling to get assistance regarding my account.I have been calling Ackerman's to be assisted with a payment allocation the first agent Ashley hanged up and then I called back again then Patients says she can't hear saying my line is bad yet the noise level behind her is louder than where I am which is outside ,to make matters worse they dont even try to call you back and assist.What kind of service does the Ackerman's contact center offer because they are the first people to call when payment has not been made .And yet I keep calling using my airtime ....
