bad service i got from erick who works for tenacity
i went to collect my card by Ackerman's in Northgate the guy called Erick has no customer service at all ,he didn't want to help me simple cause am not doing an application but collecting, he was busy with people that came after me who wanted to apply for a card, he even threatened me that my card will be blocked am worried of my life ,he screamed at me for asking a simple question while am holding my child, he even tell me that it will be my word against his if I had to report him, I felt offended and disrespected as a customer
