Bad service from their Staff member Sakhe

I am disappointed at your staff member who lacks customer service and trading clients unprofessional his name is Sakhe. We came to release our lay-buy reference ***. When we asked him to fold and pack our clothes nicely he just left the clothes there and my husband was the one packing the clothes. I am upset I requested to lay a complaint in-store and we're sent from one person to another. I believe with the level of expertise and training provided to your staff members. One should have an option to submit our experience and should be transparent in your stores. I work in a customer service environment and this is no way to treat customers.one guy said their very busy. However, he apologized. I don't think a client bringing business to your store has to be treated in this manner. Let this be a lesson and Sakhe should have respect and acknowledge that his wrong than telling us we complained that he had to pack our clothes nicely.
