Bad service from payroll department.

I was working for ackermans for almost 4 years i dedicated myself for that company until when i decide to resign on 16 july 2022. After my resignation i went to claim for my provident fund and i submitted every document that they needed and i was told to wait 2 to 3 months to receive the money even till to this day i havent gotten even a single cent. When i do the follow up on my claim on november 9 i was told go send the documents again by the payroll lady and i did like she said then the following day when i called to ask if she got the documents no one in her office answered even this day no one answers the phone and she never rep**** my email that i sent just to show profesionalism. She must do her job and assist ex employees of ackermans . Cause i am entitled to claim that money cause i did contribute through my salary. If i knew i was going to be treated like this i would have never worked for this company that takes people for granted.
