Bad service from Ackermans Lakeside mall

What terrible service I received form Akermans Lakeside mall in Benoni. It was month end and take out lay by as well ass making other cash purchase for my son you can imagine the month end rush in stores. I was served by Lindiwe she was so rude as I was looking for my card to make payment she and couldnt find it so I asked her to proceed with the other cash payment. she said that she has already processed it and cannot cancel the transaction. I mean if i couldnt find my car how was she going to proceed them would that mean that i couldnt buy on cash. she needs to learn how to speck with customer. as i forgot that i also wanted to purchase a gift card she quickly called the next customer and I had to wait.
