Bad service from ackermans Jubilee mall

I was at ACKERMANS Jubilee mall on Friday 27/02/26.

I received the worsed experience ever, I was returning toughees school shoes which I bought January 3rd 2026 they badly torn. I spoke to Mafa whom called Lerato to come and assist, they made me wait for 15 minutes or saying they are examining the shoes which I didn't have a problem with. Then they said I can take another pair, which it was same brand, same size and they didn't have a price on them but when we got to the till point they told me that the shoe is on mark up and I have to add money, which I am failing to understand how do I pay extra for their damage. Then I asked for my money back so that I can buy better quality somewhere else but insteaded on giving me a voucher
